Our strategy focused on growing Dalton Park’s reach across the key catchments areas through targeted media investment and a consistent campaign approach, we strengthened share of voice across the region and increased brand visibility meeting audiences where they live, work and spend their time.

Seasonal campaigns throughout the year combined paid media, PR, influencer partnerships and engaging social content to keep Dalton Park front of mind and support tenants by driving visits to their stores. From summer events to Christmas trading, activity celebrated Dalton Park’s offering – a strong brand mix, value-led shopping and growing leisure and food & drink experience.

A key milestone was the new website, designed to make it easier for customers to plan their visit and discover the centre’s brand offering. With improved navigation, clearer store information and better integration with marketing campaigns, the new platform has become an integral digital touchpoint, supporting both customer engagement and marketing performance.

And the result? A stronger, more visible Dalton Park. Through creative campaigns, targeted media investment, PR, social media and a new digital experience, we increased awareness, engagement and visits resulting in a positive trading year with sales and footfall both up on the previous year.
