Rights of Data Subjects

Collection & transfer of data

BWP Group gathers data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2016. We only distribute your data within BWP Group and store data through a marketing automation solution, Force 24. BWP will not sell or supply your data to any other external organisations except with your express permission.

Data Retention

BWP will endeavour to ensure that data is kept no longer than is required – as such BWP run a data cleanse exercise every May and November. In this exercise, BWP will remove and delete any data that has not engaged with BWP (either via opening or clicking an email or visiting the website) in the prior 9 months.
