Cafebar Nineteen62 has arrived with a bang. Live music and an all-day vibe – this was set to be the place to eat drink at Livingston Design Outlet – our job was to make sure everyone knew it.

Our mission? To make Cafebar Nineteen62 the talk of the town of Livingston Designer Outlet. As the third café-bar in this independent chain, this was more than just another launch, it was extra special – it’s where owner David Stein grew up, and we wanted the community to feel that. Our goal was clear – spark curiosity, generate excitement, cut through the noise and attract a loyal crowd. We wanted to establish Cafebar Nineteen62 as a hotspot in Livingston and at Livingston Designer Outlet.

We wanted to establish Cafebar Nineteen62 as a hotspot in Livingston and at Livingston Designer Outlet.

Our full rollout featured B2C and B2B press support and coverage, content photography and videography, organic social media, VIP influencer and journalist event, radio, competitions and email marketing.

The launch was a huge success and exceeded all expectations.

Launch night came, the venue was packed, and media coverage exploded. Social media buzzed with excitement, driving such high demand that we had to stop promoting on social media and paused the radio ads —they simply couldn’t take any more bookings! Cafebar Nineteen62 quickly became the most talked-about spot in town, with visitors raving about their experiences.
