So… we entered The Times Best Places to Work for the very first time. And guess what? We only went and made the list.

We’re not saying we’re surprised… but we are saying we’re incredibly proud. This isn’t just another logo for the footer (nope – that would cost us an extra £3k), this list is The Times celebrating the companies that do the most for their people – across every industry. And we’re officially one of them.

At BWP, we’ve always believed that when people feel trusted, supported and genuinely valued, brilliant things happen which is why our culture is kind, ambitious, hardworking – sometimes a little chaotic, but only in the best way.

According to The Times, the best workplaces share a few things in common: employees want to feel empowered and included, they want career development and they want to be heard. They want opportunities to grow, space to be themselves, and have leadership that actually listens. It’s not about gimmicks, it’s about trust, purpose, and a sense of belonging and that’s what we try and build on every single day.

So yes — you’ll catch us casually scrolling The Times this week, acting like we know someone who’s been featured. (Spoiler: we do. It’s us.)

And if this sounds like your kind of workplace… well, maybe we should talk. Check out our Talent page for current job openings.
