BWP takes on Marbs!

Last week, our BWP team embarked on an unforgettable journey to Marbella for our annual company conference; picture the entire crew gathered under the Spanish sun with the ocean as a backdrop, bringing together the perfect blend of work, wellness, and team building in one of Europe’s most stunning locations.
With so many new team members joining us, Marbella provided the ideal setting to integrate them into the BWP family. From team-building activities to lounging by the pool, we forged new friendships and strengthened existing ones.
Wellness is a cornerstone at BWP. Marbella offered us the chance to prioritise our well-being, by practicing Tai Chi on the lawn. We aimed to find our balance, avoid toppling over, and discovered inner calm amidst the sunshine—a refreshing pause to recharge and refocus.
Our company conference was buzzing with excitement with news of recent account wins meaning a growing client base (more of this to come later). All of this wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of the amazing team; this was recognised with some exciting promotions. With news of new joiners and team members returning following maternity leave, and an internship program kicking off, we left on a high.
And all too quickly our time in Marbs drew to an end but back in the office, we’re buzzing with creativity and bursting with new ideas sparked by our retreat. The entire team is ready to tackle new challenges and achieve greatness together, fuelled by the camaraderie and inspiration from our trip.
