Ulster Weavers briefed BWP to grow its consumer-facing audience through brand awareness and online sales.
Through our Discover phase, we identified a need to create a rejuvenated brand image and architecture to ensure a clear customer journey.
Our brand audit started with a full situational analysis, to build a clear picture of the services, products, audiences and the competitive landscape, which enabled us to uncover the real business challenges that needed to be overcome and set a roadmap for the future.
As part of the rebrand, we redesigned the e-commerce website and continued to support with PR and social media.
