Following Junction One's recent acquisition by Tristan Capital, BWP has undertaken an extensive rebranding exercise to carve a clear proposition for the scheme, working alongside the management team to deliver a new vision for this leading Northern Irish shopping destination.
Insights based on robust research led us to reposition the predominately outlet offer to encompass a wider, value-led shopping and leisure mix. A new brand identity and set of values will attract a new audience and support an extensive planning application for the 599,000 sq ft development.
Alongside strategic marketing consultancy, a fully integrated marketing campaign and B2B leasing campaign, BWP will ensure Junction One delivers on its ambition to become a great day out on a grand scale.
BWP used its extensive retail experience to deliver a new vision for The Outlet to position it as ‘the’ outlet shopping destination in Northern Ireland. Working alongside the management team, BWP supported the leasing campaign and helped to attract a number of world class brands to the site, with premium collateral and a compelling narrative to enliven the site. A fully integrated marketing campaign, including a TV ad to drive footfall over Christmas, has produced some fantastic results over the last six months – the stats speak for themselves.
