To support The Boulevard rebrand and leasing programme by positioning it within the UK and European trade media as Northern Ireland’s premier retail outlet and leisure destination.

Profiling the positive

BWP conducted proactive media outreach to relevant trade press to promote the development, rebranding and new fashion and F&B openings at the centre. In addition, BWP attended REVO alongside Lotus Property where they secured and attended 6 press meetings to procure leasing opportunities.
