BWP has worked with European asset management company Pradera for a number of years across its European portfolio.
When Pradera looked to expand into Asia, BWP was brought on board to augment its offer in a new territory and drive the profitability of the newly acquired assets through the introduction of new retail and leisure tenants.
Seeing the big picture
Pradera entered a joint venture with Macquarie Retail Real Estate to manage four retail properties in China. BWP was appointed to craft a compelling brand proposition that united the four retail schemes under one brand identity – Mosaic.
BWPs’ remit included brand and identity development, whilst working with Hong Kong-based partners to ensure local nuances were considered.
Major leisure and entertainment partner Shanghai Dungeon secured at Mosaic Shanghai.
