Driving brand success

The UK’s leading Volkswagen, SKODA, SEAT, CUPRA & Kia chain of automotive dealerships was looking to reinvigorate its business with a new proposition and brand identity – the first refresh since 2010. 

The senior principles of the business had already kicked off the creation of vision and values. BWP was brought in to help develop this into an external facing brand platform that would appeal to customers and future-proof the business amidst rapid marketplace change.

BWP developed a new platform ‘the best journeys start here’ designed to illustrate the ease of buying through Citygate as well as its role in helping people take journeys whatever the vehicle. A striking new brand identity was also created.

The work has been recognised in the CIPD Awards where Citygate stood out among strong competitors and earned their well-deserved place as finalists.
