Christmas is a battle field for retailers with everyone hustling to be noticed. We needed to find a way to make Princes Square stand out, ensuring we drove footfall to their retailers.

BWP created the Blissmas Lounge: a beautiful space where customers could take a break to enjoy a cocktail and a comfy seat.
The public could pre-book complimentary hair, fashion and beauty treatments and take advantage of free gift wrapping.
An offering that resonated
Footfall over the activity period was up 5.6% (vs 3.2% industry decline) Over 1,000 people visited the Blissmas lounge. Over 250 treatments were pre-booked and these booked up so quickly that we created additional slots.
