Aircraft parts reseller AeroInv was struggling. With $500m worth of stock and dwindling sales, they called in KPMG to help turn the business around. BWP was appointed to provide brand and marketing expertise to help increase sales and shift inventory.
We led the KPMG and AeroInv teams through a brand planning process to identify marketing opportunities and core strengths. This led to the creation of a new commercial proposition, creative identity and sales collateral, which clearly communicated Why AeroInv. The project culminated in the development and execution of a targeted marketing campaign including PR, trade press activity, industry events, digital marketing and content generation.
The campaign contributed to a major shift in company performance. Brand awareness and customer consideration increased and AeroInv achieved its ambitious sales target.
