A healthy rebrand

After 20 years, independent pharmacy chain Revital’s growth curve had plateaued. The business needed to get back to basics to sure up the future of the brand and it’s store portfolio.

Following extensive research and strategy sessions, we created a new brand proposition and identity, which were rolled out across the retailer’s website and e-commerce platform, store portfolio, own-brand product line and all marcomms. 

The new identity was underpinned by customer acquisition and retention strategies.

The project reinvigorated the business instilling a new sense of pride in the front of house staff. Subsequent store performance was stronger than forecast giving the owners the confidence to expand.
