A brand experience beyond retail
Trafford Centre in Manchester is renowned for delivering a great experience beyond retail, and this summer the business wanted to build on the success of its last seasonal event with additional offers that would drive repeat and new visitation, and incremental revenue.
We planned and managed the operations of this super fun outdoor event. From chilling at the beach, jumping on the log flume, taking a ride at the amazing funfair to making the most of the 2022 summer of entertainment with live sport screenings, movies, live music and a food & entertainment zone.
To promote the event, we ran a fully-integrated marketing campaign across digital and traditional media channels, including postcards to establish that personal connection with visitors.
