The Boulevard was presented with its Re:fresh Revo Gold award for the active investment of up to £10m into an existing destination.
This rebranding exercise has been one of the most enjoyable and satisfying projects we have delivered, having worked so closely with Lotus Property as an integral partner from start to finish. BWP has driven the creative concept and identity of the scheme, as well as all marketing, advertising and leasing support.
The Boulevard continues to thrive with seven new store openings and a 25% year on year increase in turnover bucking the trend of the retail industry’s recent downward trajectory. The Revo Gold award is an enviable industry accolade that recognises and underpins everything that has been achieved as part of this redevelopment journey.
