Hybrid focused
Our hybrid working policy wasn't built for our employees, it was built alongside them.
When we first returned to the office, we started with two days in the office and three days working from home. But it didn't work for us. Employees said they missed the culture, the creativity, the camaraderie.
"It just doesn't feel like the old days"
So we introduced a third office day into our week and BOOM, happiness, well-being and morale soared. You see, at BWP, our culture is collaborative, social and relationship-based. And two office days just weren't helping us achieve that. Three days, however? We're finding, that's working much better for us.
