But what lays behind impressive stats is brilliant teamwork. Working closely with on-site marketing teams and retail partners, our stunning show-stopping Christmas campaigns came to life – buzzing shopping events such as the Christmas VIP Influencer night at Eldon Square, clever PR moves like the Golden Cabs at Lakeside that secured key coverage.

Trafford Centre brought the seasonal sparkle to screens, Si Wilks, our Creative Director, commented “The Trafford Centre TV and video campaign in particular stands as a highlight, a production we proudly place among the very best Christmas ads to grace small screens in 2024.”

A good-looking Christmas campaign helped deliver Dalton Parks best EVER week, with sales soaring by an impressive +11%.

Junction 32 in Castleford has been another festive favourite, compared to last year, they achieved an +8% uplift in December footfall proving that clever strategic marketing leads to the real commercial impact that our clients are after.

Eldon Square’s Quality Street TikTok racked up an incredible 3.2 million views and 170k engagements – people wanted in on the action.

It’s not all about Christmas, though – there were some key retail moments that truly stood out. Black Friday was brighter than ever at Livingston Designer Outlet, where visually stunning campaigns helped bring in the crowds, driving a +23% footfall boost and a +17% increase in sales. Brands like Nike, Levi’s, and The North Face had their best trading days EVER!

Trafford Centre had an outstanding 2024, with footfall rising by +9.5% year on year. In August, our job was to spread the word about the new Jurassic World Experience, which helped drive a +15.1% increase in footfall. Even during the summer holidays, when many families head for sunnier climates, the visitors came in their droves.

As we step into 2025, we’re absolutely buzzing with ideas for even more exciting campaigns, boosted digital strategies, and growing our influencer network. 2024 didn’t just drive footfall and sales—we injected some serious creative magic. And believe us, there’s plenty more up our sleeves!
