BWP recognised as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2022
Integrated marketing and creative agency BWP Group has been named amongst the industry’s best in the 2022 Campaign Best Places to Work survey, which recognises the best employers in media, marketing and advertising. Championing company culture, BWP is delighted to be ranked 26th in our company category and 53rd overall.
BWP has been named as a ‘Best Place to Work’ following a stellar year that has seen the agency build on its extensive client roster. Celebrating multiple new clients including Trafford Centre, INGKA, and Softcat, BWP’s team also grew throughout the period with 10 new staff members joining the BWP family.
The Best Places to Work programme is run by an independent research company to evaluate employers in media, marketing, and advertising. To qualify for the coveted Best Places to Work list, companies complete a written application, which is scored by independent judges assessing their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. A company-wide employee survey is then circulated to measure authentic employee experience and determine how each agency or business delivers for its staff. Combined results from the written application and employee survey then determine the overall ranking.
